Just ten minutes of a high energy workout on your rebounder will provide you with approximately the same benefits that you would receive from jogging on the road for THIRTY MINUTES –  (20 minutes and you’d receive 60 minutes of benefit) minus the jarring effects to your nervous and skeletal systems.  Rebounding is a NON-IMPACT aerobic form of exercise.

As we get older the gravitational pull relentlessly causes our body to sag in a southerly direction.  We develop wrinkles, flabby forearms, portly midriffs, varicosities, edemic feet and ankles, stooped shoulders, turkey necks and compressed spines to name just a few multifarious insults to our aging body.

Regular exercise is essential to maintain optimal health.  It increases longevity and enhances the quality of life.  The best nutrition in the world cannot sustain us if our circulation is stagnant and we do not receive oxygen-rich blood to our body’s trillion of cells.  Rebounding is great for ALL ages – even Bob Hope once noted, “I keep my rebounder at the foot of my bed and use it daily.”  Many testimonies have been shared at the benefits of rebounding.  My mother, Dory, had severe Edema (water retention) in her feet and ankles.  Just two months of her “piggy-back” rebounding (I did all the work) and her edema went away and eliminated her need for medicine.  Hallelujah!  Best of all – you save time – its convenient – it works – its FUN!
