Four Stages of Life - This About Sums it Up

INFANT - A new baby! A new life! The hopes and dreams of a long life of memories as we watch this child grow. In general, most animals are exclusively breast-fed until they have tripled their birth weight, which in human infants occurs around the age of one year. For whatever reason, we decide not to feed our child as God intended, so we start this child’s life off on bottled or canned formula – full of chemicals, sugar and non living materials. In no species, except for humans is milk consumption continued after the weaning period.
TEENS – Starting in grammar school (or sadly, I’ve sometimes seen soda in baby bottles), we are introduced to a bubbly, 16-teaspoon-sweet, beverage with artificial flavors, chemicals to create “fiz,” and artificial coloring agents; (most colors are derived from compounding nitrogen and benzene and benzene is obtained from the distillation of coal and is used as a motor fuel or as a solvent for resins and rubber). The caramel is obtained by combining sugar, molasses or glucose with ammonia which can throw our blood out of balance. Thus, our kids are “bouncing off the walls.”
YOUNG ADULT – About this time in our lives, we discover alcohol. And this stuff actually alters our behavior and mood. Our bodies need liquids to function, but I don’t think this is what the good Lord had in mind! Dr. Walker notes that alcohol is the only substance which can pass through the walls of the stomach directly into the bloodstream and to the brain. And let’s not forget what alcohol consumption can do to the liver. Surely this liquid will not enhance our health.
MATURING ADULT - People ARE living closer to a can opener than to Mother Nature (quote by Rev. Malkmus), AND are trying to live on inferior food and drink which has been dyed, chemically altered and doctored (excuse the pun) up! As we continue to pump in nutrient deficient foods into our diet, our immune system just gives out – it can only fight so long! For decades, the army within has exhausted itself, trying to fight to keep us healthy. We are now turned over to a sugary syrup of liquid nutrition designed to hydrate our withering bodies. Our diseased bodies have to fight to live.
DEATH – Hosea 4:6 “My people perish for lack of knowledge.”
"Let us dare to Read, Think, Speak and Write" John Adams (1765)
